Medical Services & Provider Oversight (Florida Compliance)
Certain services offered, including but not limited to neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, and advanced skin treatments, are considered medical procedures under Florida law.

A Good Faith Examination (GFE) may be required prior to treatment, either in person or via telehealth, as required by Florida regulations.

Informed Consent
Prior to any treatment, clients will be required to:

Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on provider availability.
Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in:

- Rescheduling
- Cancellation if necessary
This ensures a consistent, high-quality experience for all clients.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- No-shows may be charged and may require a deposit for future bookings
- This policy is enforced to respect provider time and maintain scheduling integrity.
Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be required to secure appointments and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment.
Halo Aesthetic Studio utilizes secure, compliant payment processing systems.
7. Refund Policy
All treatments are final sale.
Due to the individualized nature of aesthetic medicine:
- Results cannot be guaranteed
- No refunds will be issued for services rendered
